Our Pastor-Elect
Dr. Kendall J. Bartley, Sr. is the Pastor-Elect of Living Water BaptistChurch, located in Highpoint, NC. He is a voice for this generation, agifted leader and teacher, who has touched many lives.
Dr. Bartley’s ministry impacts people of all ages, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. He is equipping his congregation to make a meaningful impact within and beyond the walls of the church.Dr. Bartley is poised and equipped to initiate the balance of education,experience, spiritual gifts and prophetic preaching.
He has dedicated his life to the work of ministry, which is inseparable from community involvement and development.
Dr. Bartley is blessed to be married to Lady Jacqueline Bartley, and they are the proud parents of 4 beautiful children; Mi’Asia, Kendria, Josh’Lyn and Kendall, Jr. “The way you change a community is to change the people in it.” This is the philosophy of Dr. Kendall J. Bartley Sr, but more importantly it isa principle by which his life is guided.
