Our Pastor-Elect Bio
Dr. Kendall J. Bartley, Sr. serves as the Pastor-Elect of Living Water Baptist Church in High Point, North Carolina. He is recognized as a prophetic voice for this generation and is a gifted leader, teacher, and preacher whose ministry has touched countless lives.
Dr. Bartley’s ministry transcends barriers of age, socioeconomic status, and ethnicity. With a commitment to biblical teaching and spiritual empowerment, he is equipping the congregation to make a lasting impact both within the church and throughout the broader community. His leadership reflects a unique balance of education, ministerial experience, spiritual gifts, and prophetic proclamation.
A lifelong servant of the Gospel, Dr. Bartley has dedicated himself to ministry that is inseparable from
community engagement and development. He firmly believes that true transformation begins
with people, embracing the principle: “The way you change a community is to change the people in it.”
Dr. Bartley is blessed to share life and ministry with his lovely wife, Lady Jacqueline Bartley.
Together, they are the proud parents of four beautiful children: Mi’Asia, Kendria, Josh’Lyn, and Kendall, Jr.
